Is there any way to create a screw joint on Inspire motion? I mean, something like screw and nut when nut rotates its rotates itself?

With Inspire 2019.1 you can use the Joint Coupler to create a rotational-translational relationship between joint movements.
Please find the attached model and corresponding video.
In this example a preloaded spring has been placed between the nut and bolt to represent the compressive load as the nut is tightened.
Hopefully you get the idea here.
