    Sir, I tried and able to get the sine wave, but the frequency of the wave i am getting out of monitor buffer read is not equal to what i am giving from function generator . In the sec scale for 100 sec, it showing only few cycles.

    That is because the scale is now samples, not seconds. You are showing 100 samples at your sample rate. Let's say your sample rate is 100 kHz, then the time interval on the x-axis is 10010us = 100us or 1 ms. You can change the x-axis labeling by right-clicking the plot, then *Labels and changing X Label. You can change the x-axis upper bound under the axis tab. Be sure Options > Fixed-Bounds is enabled if you do. That way you can change from samples to a time interval.
