Fretting Wear Simulation

Hi,

 

I want to simulate fretting wear on a cylindrical roller bearing in HyperWorks.

 

Example: McColl, I. R., et al. (2004). 'Finite element simulation and experimental validation of fretting wear.' Wear 256(11–12): 1114-1127.

 

Could you please help me how to proceed?

    Hi

    Unfortunately, currently in Altair solver portfolio, there is not option to simulate fretting wear, or wearing like the Archard approach.
