Dynamically Varying Time Delay

Hi, I am creating a model that requires a time delay with the ability to dynamically change the time delay value during a simulation, any suggestions?

Attached is a VisSim example that uses the buffer and index blocks to create a time delay model with a time delay value that can be dynamically varied. I'm also attaching a description of how the VisSim model works.
