    I don't no the procedure to carry out the post buckling analysis. 

    i want to find the post buckling behavior of below attached model web and flange separately.

    plz guide me.

    You can perform post-buckling analysis using RADIOSS. 

     

    In of your post I have shared a couple of tutorials for post-buckling.
