I tried downloading and installing CCS v6, but it doesnt seem to have 'taken'. I got an error during the install and it undid everything. What should I do?

Dear Joe, We have seen that happen if you choose the 'Web Installer'. We recommend you use the 'Offline Installer' which will download the entire install before beginning the installation.
