How to create the hexacore meshing in Hypermesh with desired Y+ value

Hello,

I'm trying to create a Hexa core mesh for the Perforated plates using Solid Map but for my studies the capture of the boundary layer properties is important. How can i able to generated the Hexacore mesh with desired Y+ value in order to capture the Boundary layer effects.
