Fatigue analysis

I need to perform Fatigue analysis using hyperlife, The SN curve looks as mentioned below

 I am not sure this correct or wrong? What is the proper way to input the SN curve?

Also I am confused about the use of load time history, as we use the static analysis stress values why we need this Curve data, Yeah I know that  fatigue is a cyclic load but I am not sure where this cure is useful
