unable to download

Dear frnds , i bought one launchpad for TMS320f28027. the problem is i cant download the '.out' file i attached the error msg in the attachment. please help me.

    You must first compile the diagram and create a .out file, before you can download the .out file. You do this by clicking the 'Compile' button.
