Trim mesh with mesh

Hi, guys

 

I want to combine two version of vent, which is shown by image below. But I only have mesh file (no surface in there).

Is there any way to combine two of them?

These meshes are so simple in this area.

At your place, I'll rebuild surfaces from mesh & do geometrical operation (trim surface) to get expected geometry.
