I am facing a problem while analyzing the Baja Vehicle. the circular pipes are converting into straight lines after meshing as shown in Screenshot 2.

Because your element is too BIG comparing to geometrical dimensions. Decrease your element size!
Why mesh pipe surface with TRIA type? Why not use QUAD?
