When I try to map thicknesses to my mesh I get this error:
I have selected a user profile and I have never seen this error before.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Can you please specify the version of HyperWorks you are using? Is it full version or the student edition

Check whether you have the HyperWorks solvers installed in your system.
Also, try deleting the settings file and try again
