Problem with Export of Number of Contacts

Hi all,

i need to export the number of contacts of two type of particles in a geometry bin. Unfortunately the export yields only "0s"... When i export the contacts with the "all" selection it does work however.. I tested different cases, times, geometry bins etc.

Is this a known problem in EDEM?

    Hi Clemens,


    In the selection options do you have 'all' selected for the contacts.  The default is for this to be off and you have to turn it on to allow the contact data to be exported:

    image

     

    I tested on my machine and was able to export either all:all or selected contact pairs in the export data dialogue once this option was selected.
