LOCALIZED STRESS IN ONE 2D ELEMENT INCOMPREHENSIBLE

I try to a run static analysis, but i found averytime a problem with this localized stress ( = 4706 ) !! I didn't understood this is come from what ! 

 

Please can you help me with some explications ?
