Can't download Inspire

Question

I can't seem to be able to download Inspire using my student account. I verified my email and got my student license key, but the download tab doesn't show up as it said it should in the instructions. Is there something that I am missing, or does the administration need to activate something for my account?

Altair support actually responded to my post and offered a solution.

Check the post I linked. I tried yesterday and made it work.

We have the same problem. It seems that the website is just missing the download button.

Lets hope Siemens/Altair will address that problem sooner than later.
