Problem with hypermesh it keeps freezing all the time

Dear All,

I wanted to ask if anybody had a similar problem with hypermesh that after few clicks start to freeze. Sometimes I wait and I can use it again but most of the time I need to turn it off. I have treid to remove the files that are produced in the folder documents but as suggested in a post but that did not work, and I cannot use hypermesh without close it down after few command used. Could anyone know what is happening?
