I am running the official example Bend.scm under the hydraulics folder, but it reports an error saying "The Modelica compiler requires Visual C++ compiler version >= 10." I then downloaded Visual Studio 2026 Community and installed the modules as shown in the PDF. However, when I check the Preferences -> Path, the compiler is still not displayed, and even the TCC compiler is missing. How can I resolve this issue?
