I have added a planar multilayer substrate which has been configured as follows. I added an electric dipole source which is not clashing with the structure and I added a near-field request. I want to calculate the near-field within a specified region, which is not clashing with the structure or the dipole source, but I keep getting this error. I even upgraded from feko v2022 to v2026.1, but this issue was not resolved. Please help if you know what the issue is.
