Unable to Access RapidMiner Certification Verification Links After College Email Deactivation

Hello Altair Team,

I completed the following RapidMiner Professional certifications in 2023 using my college email address:

• Data Engineering Professional
• Machine Learning Professional

My college email account has since been deactivated, so I no longer have access to that account or the associated Open Badges and certification verification links.

I have created a new Altair account using my personal email address, and it is registered under the same name as my certificates.

I still have the original PDF certificates and can provide them if required.

Could you please help me with one of the following?

Transfer my certifications/Open Badges to my current Altair account, or
Reissue the Open Badges or provide the verification links for these certifications.

For privacy reasons, I have not included my email addresses in this public post, but I am happy to provide my old college email address, my current Altair account email address, and the certificate PDFs through a private message if needed.
