Description: I earned the following RapidMiner Professional certifications in 2023 using my college email address:
• Data Engineering Professional
• Machine Learning Professional
My college email account has since been deactivated, so I no longer have access to the account or the Open Badges/verification links associated with these certifications.
I have created a new Altair account using my personal email address, and it is registered under the same name as my certificates.
I still have the original PDF certificates, but I need the verification links/Open Badges for my employer.
Could someone please advise if it is possible to:
- Transfer my certifications/Open Badges to my current Altair account, or
- Reissue the Open Badges or provide the verification links?
I can provide my old college email address and certificate PDFs privately if required.
