Problem Generating Vertical Radiation Pattern from .AVA/.AHA Files in Aman

Following the training manual, I am trying to create an antenna radiation pattern from the .ava and .aha files in Aman.

As shown in the attached screenshots (I have included both the imported radiation patterns and the patterns generated by the software), the horizontal pattern matches the imported data correctly; however, the vertical pattern is different.

I have also tried switching between linear and logarithmic scales, but the results remain the same. The generated vertical pattern still does not match the imported one.

Could you please advise what I might be doing wrong or if there is an additional setting or step that I may have overlooked?

Here is the explanation why the vertical pattern of the 3D is different from the original.

When using the 2x2D to 3D pattern converters it should be ensured that the conditions are met, as mentioned in the user guide:

However, this is not the case in the given horizontal and vertical patterns of the training manual.

In their horizontal pattern the gain at phi = 0 deg and phi = 180 deg is about 2 dBi.
However, in their vertical pattern at theta = 90 deg the gain is 2 dBi (which is aligned to the horizontal pattern) but at theta = 270 deg the gain is -0.3 dBi so differing from the horizontal pattern at phi=180 deg.

Typically AMan expects the main lobe in the horizontal pattern at phi = 0 deg. In their example it is at phi = 90 deg.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I am referring to that exact example.

For the 3D radiation pattern, I obtain the same visual result. However, when switching from the 3D view to the vertical and horizontal pattern views, you will notice that the generated radiation pattern does not match the input pattern.

It seems the vertical plane (phi angle) of the 3D pattern is different from the original vertical plane.
