I'm currently working with the Normals tool in HyperMesh to check element orientations. By default, the tool displays the normals using arrows or color face visualization. However, I'm having an issue with dense meshes: when I zoom out, the element normal colors completely disappear, and the mesh just looks black (due to the density of the element edges/wireframe).
I have already tried to toggle off the mesh lines or switch to feature lines using the standard display options, but these settings don't seem to work or have any effect while inside the Normals panel.
Is there any way (perhaps via TCL console, user profile, or preferences) to change the visualization settings for these normals? Specifically, I would like to keep the face color visible even when zooming out on dense meshes.
I'm using Hyperworks 2021.2, but I think this also happens in newer versions.
