Description: Hello, I am running multi-material topology optimization in OptiStruct and I want to retrieve the results into HyperMesh to run validation analysis. Is there a way with the OSSmooth tool to get a unified result but with mesh distinction (not different size but different component assigned or property) for each material?
Because now I am getting a unified mesh and cannot assing different materials (different properties) in the regions where they should be.
I am running a student license for the 2026 version of HyperMesh, HyperView and Optistruct. OSSmooth, multi-material topology optimization, result validation.
