User's laptop was replaced and re-installed and activated Monarch I cannot access anymore due to this error. I have tried as suggested by the community:
- Uninstall and reinstall Monarch
- Removal of Auth. key and reissue of the auth. token
- Repair Monarch
- Repair and reinstall Microsoft SQL Server 2017 Express (which includes LocalDB)
In addition, another PC was replaced same as above, but no issue. I have even rebuilt the laptop but still having the same issue. So it can't be an anti-virus issue either.
None of there worked for me. Any other solutions I can try?
