Hello I am doing an interference fit or press fit for a bearing to a shaft. The parameters I know is the material Steel (AISI 1080) for the bearingand Steel (AISI 4142) for the shaft, coefficient of friction of 0.20 and . I want to know the force required to push the bearing into the shaft. I want to confirm if my process for setting up the simulation is correct.
