How to install and launch HyperSpice 2026

Hi, has anyone encountered installation issues with Altair HyperSpice 2026?

I successfully activated the license and installed the software, but the app is not available in the apps list, I needed to open in from the program files folder but when I did try to launch the app from there , I get missing DLL errors for:

svml_dispmd.dll
libiomp5md.dll
feko_math.dll

I already tried:

uninstalling and reinstalling HyperSpice,
deleting leftover Altair folders,
reinstalling as Administrator,
restarting my laptop,
checking the Program Files folder,
and reinstalling using the same installer (AltairHyperSpice2026_win64).

The installation finishes, but the same errors still appear and the program won’t launch. I currently only see HS View, HyperSpice Console, and License Manager installed. I already have my license key and activated it (my account is a school account)

Has anyone found a fix for this issue?
