I have an issue with Altair Community login/password.

Hello,

Almost every day I cannot log in and receive messages like:

* "Unable to sign in"
* password verification failed

As a workaround, I have to reset/change my password again and again using the Account Help page.

Could you please help clarify:

* Why does this happen frequently?
* Is there any password/session expiration policy for Altair Community accounts?
* Is there a way to prevent needing to reset my password every day?
* Could this be related to browser cookies, SSO, or account synchronization?

I am able to reset the password successfully, but after some time the login fails again.

@imambai  Our SSO logs indicate successful authentication and there is no indication of failures.  When you logged in for the first time, you should have received an email asking you to verify your email.  Once you clicked on the link in that email, you should have then been able to access the community after refreshing your page.

Otherwise, subsequent logins should authenticate properly without having to change your password.

You may want to delete cookies and clear your browser cache.
