Problem licensing Monarch Server

Question

Hi,

I'm trying to install Monarch Server on a Windows Server 2022 VM following the Monarch Server Internal Deployment Guide.

When I try and configure a license via the configurator I can generate the Auth Code OK but when I click the Configure button, paste the code in and click Authorise I see the error "Unable to authorise with Altair Units System. Altair Units Authorisation Error Occurred (Status: hhwu Generic Error)

Any help on resolving this would be much appreciated

Hi Nicholas

I've sorted this out just now. I needed to add the IP address in the Allowed IP Addresses tab under License Settings.

I've moved on to the next error now! I'll log a ticket for it if I don't get it resolved
