Description: I want to extract line geometries from frame elements in HyperMesh 2022, may I ask if I can do it in Hypermesh? If so, how can I do it?
To provide a bit more background here for the reason to extracting line geometries from frame elements, in case there is a better working flow: I have a structural model where the frame members are meshed, and area members are not meshed. If I mesh the area in the existing software, it is time consuming. As such, I plan to mesh the area in HyperMesh. However, it seems like I have to split the areas using line geometries. In order to proper mesh the area and make it connect to the frame elements properly, I need to extract the line geometries from frame elements.
