Loading H3D crash in specific conditions

I have altair 2024.1

I have a shaker vehicule model with a track, I run the simulation, everything works smoothly during motionsolve. When i try to load h3d results on motionview with review run results button, no issues at all. When i try to load h3d results with hyperview. I can load model, but when i click play my model load slows significantly from 100frame/second to 1 or 2 frame per second at around 10.8 seconds. Then when everything is loaded 10min later for video of 18sec. The video plays fine till 10.8 seconds where it slows down, and stops at 10.9 seconds. If i dont force quit the app from task manager, the whole PC will freeze and need a restart… Particularity, if I go frame by frame through the video with the arrows no issues, only when i click play. Due to company I cant give model publicly, I could send the model to a tech support instead.

I'm sorry you're having issues with viewing the animation from the simulation. I would guess that you are experiencing a memory issue between your computer and HyperView. This may have been improved in future releases through some internal optimization so I would try to update to the best/newest release (v2026) and try again. If you are simulating the event only at 100Hz for 11 seconds the file size should not be very large and HyperView should have no issue, unless your model is full of flexible bodies and other complex entities.
