During the vehicle cornering simulation (A Constant radius event ), I encountered an issue as illustrated in the figure. Could you please explain the possible causes of this phenomenon and suggest how to resolve it? Thanks in advance!

The message displayed shows that the vehicle likely encountered an error when completing this event.
It plainly says that either the vehicle has spun out, the path you have given it is difficult to interpolate, or it is trying to apply more steering angle to complete the event but it has reached a saturation point. It then continues to display that the vehicle is no longer within 1mm of the intended path.
When you review the animation of this simulation, are any of those conditions verified?
