Future aspects of hypermesh

I am aiming to become a CAE analyst using hypermesh and many other advanced tools, but I had one question regarding its future aspects, as many commands have been inculcated in hypermesh which are totally automated and the industry is moving towards automation which will be a thing of concern for analysts in future, so if we want to still stay in industry with such experience been counted, how can we improve upon our skills so that we won't fall through the cracks?
