With crash reports like this, it will be difficult to diagnose the exact issue without confirming whether it occurs on other machines. Please try the following for me:
If the model is confidential and not intended for public sharing but can be shared to Siemens/Altair, you can create a ticket on our Support Site, upload the model, and one of us will assist you directly.
It works with the default vehicle graphics tools, but I can’t share my file with you. Could you make a video showing how to properly change the full car graphics? That way I can understand whether the issue comes from my file or from how I modified it.
The developers are also very interested in understanding your issue in more detail. To properly investigate, we need to review the model internally—something we cannot do through the public forum.
Could you please create a Siemens Support account and generate a support ticket?
This will allow you to securely share your model and any related information with us. Nothing you upload will be visible to the public; only the internal Siemens/Altair support team will have access. Unless it is confidential to the government or other laws, we would need to have a representative with clearance to access the model.
Having access to this information is essential for us to reproduce the behavior, identify the root cause, and help prevent similar issues for other users in the future. Your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.

Starting Your Siemens Journey
To import a graphic, there are a few ways to do so. My preferred method is as follows: go to Geometry > Graphics, select CAD Graphics (use File if it is an H3D file), choose the geometry, and import it into the model. From there, you will need to associate the graphic with the vehicle body.
