How to use *.tbc file in Hyperworks

Somebody in my company created a script in *.tbc format. I would like to use it in Hypermesh but don't know how.

File -> Run -> Tcl/Tk Script -> Select your tbc file.

Note: Tbc file is binary version of Tcl script.
