In my structured grid, while examining Jacobians, i came across some positive skewness in my grid near the leading edge of my waverider, though the positive skewness contribute to only 0.1% of the total grid count (positive = 276816 cells, positive skew = 6 cells), is it ok to proceed with my calculations, or should I consider resolving it??

In general, the skewness is positive. It depends on the Finite Element (Tetra, Hex and so on).

I don't know your skewness value. But I recommend you to deactivate the Element Check and run your model. If there will  be an error, you will see it in the output.
