I am trying to perform a tetra mesh on a component I have tried in both version HypermeshV2024 and V14.0. I used the same settings used in V14.0 and V2025, but observed that elements are failing with Jacobian errors when I try to mesh in V2025, the same mesh is generating without Jacobian errors in V14.0. Also observed that Tet Mesh in Hypermesh V2025 and Hypermesh V14.0 are generating differently as shown in below pictures, HM V2025 is modifying the faces of 2D mesh but elements are failing in that case. I am attaching the pictures of these here. Please check this and help me on it.

I am not able to replicate the issue using the 2d mesh you provided in 2026.0
What tet mesh settings are you using?
I am not surprised you do not see the same mesh as we found an issue with earlier tetmesh algorithms. But regardless, you should not get poor element quality from that shell mesh as far as I can tell.

Actually I am trying for remeshing of this region in the model, we have 2nd order Hex mesh attached to this, I don't want to disturb the any of the mesh in the Quad region where I am having a Pyramid element transition from Hex to Tet mesh I have just changed few elements in tria region and try to extract Tet mesh from 2D faces. I can't share the geometry outside due to export controls. This is a IBR root fillet location, I have also tried to replicate this mesh in Hypermesh 2023.1 but there also I am seeing the same issue. I am not able to see this issue in your model, if possible can you please share me the process you are following, Parameters used to generate this mesh and .cdb file of it. I will check from my side, also what's the issue.
