I am currently running a mixer simulation. I am simulating a mixer that blends three different types of particles, and I am wondering how the initial values for the EEPA model should be set.
For the particles themselves, I determined the parameters using the angle of repose via the Open Powder Wizard, and I left the EEPA model parameters and interaction parameters at their default values. However, I am unsure how to properly define the interactions between different particle types, as well as between particles and geometry, so I would like to ask for guidance here.
Specifically, how should I set the EEPA model parameters between different particle types—such as Constant Pull-Off Force, Surface Energy, Contact Plasticity Ratio, Slope Exp, Tensile Exp, and Tangential Stiffness Multiplier—as well as the contact parameters?
