Feko uses Rao-Wilton-Glisson (RWG) basis functions for surface integral equation MoM formulations.

The details about it can be found in the Feko User Guide > 5. Feko Solution Methods > 5. 3.1 Full Wave Solutions > Introduction to the Method of Moments.
