standard include file - location

Hi guys,
sorry if this is a basic question, but I tried searching online and couldn’t find a clear answer.

I am new to Altair/MotionSolve and I have a small problem. I was playing around with the settings and changed the standard include file. Now, when I open the program, I get an error(with and without checking the box). I would like to reset this Standarinclude file back to the default one. Where can I find the original default file?

Hello @Maximus1111,

the original file (std_inc.mdl) should be in %INSTALL_DIR%/hwdesktop/hw/mdl/mdllib. Although what you could also do is a clean up routine. This should discard any preferences you have set. Go to %INSTALL_DIR%/hwdesktop/utility/HWCleanup and doubleclick on HyperworksWindowsCleanup.bat.
