When I use HypermeshCFD and finish meshing, the calculation fails to proceed. What could be the reason?
Have you defined the physics/setup and the boundary conditions for the simulation? Feel free to attach the hmcfd database. Do you have non-English characters in any problem name and/or directory names? (I'm just wondering if other characters in names could be causing issues…)
Are you saying the Launch AcuSolve panel does not open - so you cannot proceed? Have you been able to run other jobs previously - or is this the first time you're trying to launch AcuSolve with this environment? Is it possible to use English characters for the problem name? Maybe that is giving issues.
Did you also install the CFD Solvers package? (This includes the actual solver - AcuSolve.)
Thank you for your reply. I have now confirmed that the Acusolve solver is correctly installed, as I was able to perform normal calculations after meshing a simple cube model.
Additionally, I would like to add that when working with certain geometric models, the meshing progress bar may not appear, but the meshing process still completes. However, the previously mentioned issue persists—it prompts me to define Acusolve boundary conditions.
Thank you for your reply, my problem has been solved.
