generate periodic meshes

I have developed an RVE (Representative Volume Element) model and plan to generate periodic meshes within HyperMesh. However, the model contains internal spherical pores within the matrix, which seems to make the geometry non-mappable. As a beginner in HyperMesh, I am unsure of the specific operations required to handle this. I would appreciate some guidance on how to proceed

There isn't really a specific operation to handle this. If you want to create a hex mesh, you need it to be mappable, those spheres will be problematic. You could probably just "ignore" them to create a simplified mesh and then delete the elements internal to those spheres and morph/project to get the shape back.

Or you can just tet mesh
