Physics AI license error – Error Code 17 (GlobalZoneEU)

Hi,
I’m a master’s student using Altair Physics AI 2025.1 for my thesis and I’m getting the following license error when training a model (see screenshot).

It shows Error Code 17 for GlobalZoneEU, saying the request exceeds available licenses on the server.

Is this due to license availability?
Is there anything I can do from my side, or does this need admin/license team action?

Hello K_TH,

I am also a graduate student and would like to use Altair PhysicsAI 2025.1. However, after recently obtaining the student license, I found that when creating a project, a dialog box appears (as shown in the image), and the software cannot be used normally.

I would like to ask if you know how to obtain a license for Altair PhysicsAI 2025.1. If you have any information or experience regarding this, I would really appreciate it if you could share it with me.
