[EDEM] Is it possible to vary the surface energy in EEPA model during an EDEM simulation?

I am looking to implement a model with time-dependent surface energy, defined as a function of time.

I understand this requires API customization, but I need guidance on the implementation steps. The EDEM version is irrelevant.

Hi,

The EDEM API tutorial 'variable cohesion' covers this using the linear cohesion model.

The same method should be possible with any other cohesion model however the EEPA source code isn't available as an API, so linear cohesion maybe best option:
