EDEM 2026 – Fluent 2024 Coupling: Only EDEM 2024.1 Appears in Compiler

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to couple EDEM 2026 with ANSYS Fluent 2024, but in the coupling/compile setup the latest available EDEM version shown is EDEM 2024.1.

Does this mean that EDEM 2026 cannot be coupled with Fluent 2024, or am I missing a required update/patch or compatibility setting?

Hi,

That looks like the latest option however when you select 2024 it fills in the path to the 2024 install. You can manually edit this to point towards the 2025 or later installs and it should pick this up.
