Always "No results available to show"

Hello. I am trying to perform a simple high pressure die casting simulation.

I followed every step but at the end, when the results are compiled, it always shows me that: "There are no results to display."

When I follow simple tutorials, I can do every step until the running step, where I have to run it on Batch mode because when I try to run it as usual, it doesn't work.

Does anyone had the same problem? Does anyone know the source of this? Where can I see my results?
