Hi all, I’ve been trying to analyze the particle collision number in EDEM 2025.1, but I’m encountering an issue where the collision number results remain zero. So far, I have tried the following approaches: * Enabling the Collisional Energy Tracking physics model * Running the simulation using the CPU solver only * Enabling Collisions (Particle–Particle) in the Data Save Configuration options However, the collision number values are still reported as 0. Could you please advise whether there might be any additional settings I should check, or if it is possible that the collision number is indeed zero under certain conditions? Hi @Selena Lin,

To analyze collision data, you need to check the track collisions option in the Simulator. Please keep in mind that this option only works on CPU.

Hi Selena,

If the track collisions option is checked and you're saving collision data then only reason for the number of collisions to be zero is if there are no collisions in the simulation

Would it be caused by the Physics model I used?
I used EEPA and the Type C Rolling Friction model.
