The plate will undergo a temp of 30deg C at time,t=0, for 3 sec, then suddenly inc to 170 deg C for 18 sec, then again 30deg C for three sec. What all thing, load step control cards,load case, initial final condition i need to do create it in hypermesh model. Imagine plate is fixed on one of the 1.5 m edge.
