When using Split-Interactive (or any splitting tool (split solid by plane/line/etc) to create a line perpendicular to an existing horizontal edge, HyperMesh v2025.1 does not create the line where intended, and instead snaps the endpoint of the new line to a different existing point. In the image, the grey line is the one I would like to create (to ultimately split the solid along this line), whereas the green diagonal line next to it is the one that HyperMesh creates. The issue only seems to occur when splitting the surface or geometry, as I can manually place a node where I would like the line to end and draw a line to that node.
It's worth noting that it seemingly only occurs with this particular point, as I can end lines/splits close to other points without issue.
The clean up tolerance should not be an issue, as the distance between the two points (wanted end point and created end point) is far greater than either of the tolerances.
Are there any other tolerances/features that could be causing this undesired snapping behaviour? Would really appreciate the help, as this issue is making it quite difficult to make the solid mappable.
