Installing Problem Inspire Extrude Metal

I have problems with installing Inspire Extrude Metal. I wanted to ınstall Version 2023 there was a problem which is given as Fig. 1 and later I wantted to install version 2024.1 and the prompt was given as 2. I also have problem for uninstalling these old software. What should i do?

I have windows 10 with a workstation. The version 2022 and 2023 was working before resetting of my pc. The properties of my pc was given below.

Hocam merhabalar, ben de sürekli aynı problemi alıyorum ve çözemedim ama benim sorunum da şöyleydi farklı versiyonlkar yükledim ama silmek durumunda kaldım olmaığı içiçn. Sonra kurabildim ama bu sfeer de analiz yapmıyor. Hatta 2024 versiyona kadar hepsini yüklledim ama çözemedim.
