Signed up for a free trial & downloaded license; can't log in

I've spent the last 90 minutes downloading Monarch and trying to activate the free trial you supposedly offer. I get an error message "This application is not licensed for command line operations", and gives me no choice but to shut down.

Can someone help me get into the program, please? Thank you.

Hi @Joanna_Conti ,

How did you try to run Monarch? If you ran Monarch.exe from the command line, you likely would get that error if the command line feature was not included in the trial license, which it probably is not.

The way Monarch is intended to run is by double clicking on its shortcut, or else by searching for it in the Start Menu (it should actually already show up as a recently installed program), and selecting it from there.

If you are running it in the way I suggested and still getting that error, could you please provide a screenshot showing the error?
